ElderConnect™ is your community’s direct access to resources, tools, education and social connections to make navigating the journey of aging easier.
The Eldercare Foundation, in partnership with BC Healthy Communities, has developed a unified, connected, community-based wellness navigation system called ElderConnect™. By combining online and face-to-face community supports, ElderConnect™ makes it easier to find and access reliable resources in your own, or any other ElderConnected™ community.
ElderConnect’s™ driving theme is to inspire positive aging and community engagement. It is aligned with Eldercare Foundation’s Embrace Aging four pillars of healthy aging: Be Well, Be Secure, Be Connected and Be Enriched.
